I have a proven track record of execution of Program & Product Management and Leadership through Large-scale Organizational Transformations.

I work collaboratively with my teams and client organizations by delivering first class consultative program solutions. My goal is to put emphasis on relationship development, solve complex challenges, empower change, drive disruption and growth.

As an expert at software execution and delivery management, I have worked with several major corporations across a myriad of industry verticals to include, Accenture, The Home Depot, AT&T, to solve their most pressing business challenges.

I lead business engineering teams whose emphasis is on enabling products and services that aid in moving my clients forward and ensure maximum opportunities for revenue recognition.

At QeW Consulting, I have raised the bar for driving results and delivering value for my clients. I am a technology strategist who has a demonstrated track record and is known throughout the technology community for creating global networks with 99.999% uptime, reducing substantial technology infrastructure costs, negotiating lucrative and company favorable vendor management and service agreements. I am directly responsible for writing comprehensive policies and procedures, and for conducting optimal audits for SOX and other compliance initiatives.
